FAQ's

DO YOU PROVIDE SHIPPING?

Yes! All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders are processed + shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. We ship Monday-Thursday. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way, along with a confirmation/tracking number. 

AM I ABLE TO PICK UP IN STORE?

If you are in the area, we do provide in store pick up. You can choose this option at the time of pick up. Orders will be ready within 24hrs of your online order being made. Your order will be available for pick up at 1132 A 100th street, North Battleford during regular store hours. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN?
Autumn + Ash is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once Canada Post notifies you that your package has been delivered. If you suspect your parcel has been stolen, please contact your local authorities. 

 

ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return an item please email autumn.ash.creative@gmail.com for a return authorization number. Include your order number, the item, and reason for exchange/return. Packages sent back without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible to cover the return shipping costs. Please include original packing slip with return.  We will not accept returns on candles that have been lit, diffusers where reeds have been in the bottle, or room + linen sprays. We also do not accept returns on any paint where the seal has been broken. Once return is processed you will be refunded with original payment method. If payment was a gift card you will receive an e-gift card. All discounted items and promotions are a final sale.

We will not accept returns on candles that have been lit, diffusers where reeds have been in the bottle, or room + linen sprays. We also do not accept returns on any paint where the seal has been broken. Refund must be with original payment method. All discounted items and promos are a final sale.  

WORKSHOP RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our workshops, we do not provide full refunds. A $10 surcharge will be applied to your return. We do provide the option of  rescheduling at a later date.
